Been going here for years. Yes, sometimes you don’t get the best burrito... or the chips have issues, but in general the service and food is consistent. Shout out to the employees. Can’t be an easy place to work. I keep going back cause it is consistent and the staff are friendly. The rewards program is a major factor.
Delicious Staff: 3 employees were preparing the online orders while only 1 was available to assist the in person customers. I'm not sure if they were joking, but they were being argumentative with each other in front of customers and carry-on in conversation while a line formed
Hands down the best customer service i’ve ever experienced at a chipotle. Mary Lou took care of me and she was so sweet from start to finish. This is how all chipotle employees should operate. She is a wonderful example. The food was awesome as always, but what really stood out to me was Mary Lou‘s customer service. I was only there for about two minutes, but in those two minutes, I felt welcomed and taken care of.

I don’t know why this one has such low reviews. Got my normal “everything carnitas burrito” and they were super chill and friendly with me this v-day evening. Even made me in a better mood. You can always count on these guys to make a burrito as big as your head and laugh while struggling to wrap it
This Chipotle is a really good one. Friendly and professional staff. Given the location, good atmosphere in and around the restaurant. And a great experience in picking up delivery orders, hence I've purchased and leaving with a 5 stars review.
I went to this Chipotle 4/12/25. Whenever I go to any Chipotle I ask can they change their gloves before making my burrito. Emily was so nice, actually the best server I ever had in any Chipotle. She listened to me, gave me a sample of their new honey chicken (which has never been offered to me in any Chipotle). She made my burrito perfectly. Emily is 10 out of 10. I will be coming back and I hope Emily is there.
